Allford Hall Monaghan Morris
Philip joined AHMM in 2001, after graduating from the Bartlett, and working for high-profile practices in London and New York. Philip has worked on a wide variety of projects including the Johnson Building and Tea Building for Derwent London, Sunshine House for Southwark PCT, student housing for Blackstone and First Base, and Chobham Academy in the 2012 Athletes Village. Philip currently manages the design of projects across sectors, and recent completed work includes the Zara building at 61 Oxford Street, two projects for The Crown Estate as part of their regeneration of Regent Street, and three buildings in Alconbury, including a new primary school. Two projects completed in 2019 set the agenda for long-term low-carbon mixed-use urban design work: Bower, for Helical, and Benjamin St, for the Girdlers’ Company. Philip currently teaches at the London School of Architecture, where he leads the final year design studio.
