Britta Knobel Gupta commenced her Architectural studies in Konstanz and Lyon where after she proceeded with a scholarship for a master degree at the Architectural Association School of Architecture London. In 2006 she joined Zaha Hadid Architects and was involved in a number of seminal projects as Lead Project Architect. She has also been teaching in various architectural schools in Britain, Germany and India. Britta Knobel Gupta co-founded Studio Symbiosis Architects in 2010. She has been awarded with the prestigious 40 under 40 in 2014 and other international awards alongside International property award for Best Hotel project of the year, Finalist in WAF and Judge at WAF 2017, Estrade International Award, Iconic Award, German Design award and Golden A’ Design Award and just recently won the best hospitality architect of the year 2017 from IDE.
