Paul’s passion for architecture and urban regeneration has taken him from new-build developments in London’s Docklands to planning studies for the World Health Organisation in Kazakhstan, and from Liverpool Football Club’s new stadium to the restoration of the Old Bailey. A specialist in construction litigation and forensic investigation, Paul has written and taught widely in the fields of architecture, healthcare, practice management and sustainable design. Paul also is dedicated to serving his profession and his colleagues as president of the Royal Institute of British Architects, vice president of the Architectural Association, and chair of the Carbon Trusts Research programme. He also has served as a member of the NHS Design Review Panel and as a member of the Exemplar Schools Steering Group.
