Delegates

Q-When will I receive my badge ?
This year you will receive a QR code a week before the event, you will be able to use your mobile phone or printed code at our service stations to register and collect your badge. The badges work as tickets and will need to be kept on you at all parts of the event - including if applicable to your ticket; WAF Ten Party, Gala Dinner, Tours and inside the Festival Hall.

Q- What does my pass included ?
You can see the different pass types at https://www.worldarchitecturefestival.com/waf-prices and what they include.
Client Pass will be “Standard delegate” passes unless anything extra has been bought separately.

Q- Where is the Festival being held and how can I get there-
The World Architecture Festival is being held at the RAI Amsterdam Europaplein 2-22, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands
Taxi's are readily available across Amsterdam.

Q- How do I get a visa letter ?

Q-  Are there rates for hotels for WAF bookers ?
More information to come shortly. 

Gala Dinner 

Q- I am attending the Gala dinner only, will I receive a Badge ?
You will be able to collect your pass at the Gala Dinner 

Q- Will there be coaches to take us to the Gala Dinner ?
There will be a series of coaches leaving at around 7pm on the Friday to take you to the Gala Dinner

Q- What if I want to make my own way there ? 
You are more than welcome to make your own way to the Dinner, it is being held at the Beurs van Berlage, Damrak 243, 1012 ZJ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Q- What is happening at the Gala Dinner ?
The overall winners will be announced as well as a 3 course meal, DJ and drinks reception.

Payments

Q- I require an invoice or a change to my current invoice, who do I contact ?
Please contact credit control at credit.control@emap.com to request invoices or changes

Q- I am being chased for a payment I thought I had payed
Please contact credit control at credit.control@emap.com, they will be able to help you with finding your payment

Q- I wish to make a payment, who should I contact ?

At the Festival

Q- Is there a cash machine on site ?
No there isn’t a cash machine on site, I would suggest having euros on your person when you arrive

Q- Is lunch provided ?
There is a café where you can purchase all of your food and drink throughout the Festival, they will serve a variety of Foods from hot dishes, sandwiches and cakes to coffees and soft drinks 

Q- Is there anywhere near by that we could get lunch outside the venue ?

Q- Where can I get a Taxi’s from arena ?
Straight outside the main entrance there will be an area for you to wait for Taxi’s
