Lord (Norman) Foster will be discussing the implications of globalisation for architects and architecture, with leading international author and critic Charles Jencks, and premier Chinese architect Yung Ho Chang.
This will be an opportunity to hear three major figures from the world of architecture discussing the most important trend for the profession worldwide. While there are concerns about the cultural effects of globalisation; the increased choice for clients, and the increasing possibilities for high quality architects to be identified and used around the world, presents opportunities as well as challenges.
