For each project entered, you must submit 2 x A2* exhibition boards mounted on foamex or similar, which will be used for shortlist judging and will be exhibited on site at the Festival in the Awards Gallery.
If you wish to enter a project in multiple categories you must submit a separate set of exhibition boards for each category entered. All entries are exhibited on site at the Festival.
Exhibition boards should include:
- Photographs (NOT visualisations) of the completed project in black and white or colour
- A site plan
- The identity and location of the project
- 250 words of explanatory text
Exhibition boards should not include:
- Practice/architect name
- Branding of any kind
* A2 size is 420mm (wide) x 594mm (high) or approx 16.5” (w) x 23.4” (h)
Your package should also contain a CD of the boards' artwork for each project.
The URN labels should be securely affixed to the reverse of your entry boards and for your CD case. These should then be securely packaged and labelled and dispatched to us. We must receive your exhibition boards by no later than 27 June 2008.
